As we enter the golden hour of the year and transition from summer to winter, the days get shorter and schedules fill up with many activities. Shepherds, our target audience, are energized by the opportunity to gather, indulge in their favorite traditions, and create new ones. From cocktail hour to pumpkin patch picnics, they know the best way to delight in all fleeting moments is with same-day delivery.
We created an insight-driven 360-campaign that helped Shipt stand out during one of the year's busiest seasons while ensuring Shipt's fresh, bright, and human brand identity could shine through it all. The campaign covered everything from paid to social media, email, and eCommerce merchandising.
Home Decor — We meet in the cozy living room of a fall getaway that is just been decked out for the season with snug items, comfort snacks, and some relaxing music. The family is having a sleepover inspired by indoor camping. It is the perfect setup for core memories with loved ones.
Fall Beauty from Sephora — With the changing weather, it's time to switch up your beauty routine. From skincare, to fall faves, get it all delivered from Sephora.
Pantry stock up from Costco & Target — As the temperature drops, it is now time to freshen up the menu and embrace the soup and pasta season. Shop the Costco and Target aisles for pantry staples, and stock up on seasonal favorites.

We created a shopping experience that starts at the global homepage, highlighting key categories and deals to drive traffic to our top retail partners including Target, Meijer, Sephora, and PetSmart.
Shipt Merch Landing Pages
We tailored our stores' landing pages to embody the spirit of the season, enticing our audience to find everything they need to indulge in the season's special moments from food to decor, personal care items, and even pet must-haves.
Beyond online retail experiences, we reached our audience through other marketing deliverables such as email, paid media advertising, and social media content, leveraging the beautiful photography we captured and infusing the 'Magic Hour' concept everywhere.
